Woodall Building and Design Inc. is an owner-run small business located in Solvang and serving the greater Santa Ynez Valley and Santa Barbara County, including Buellton, Solvang, Santa Ynez, Los Olivos, Ballard, Goleta, Santa Barbara, Montecito, Santa Maria and Lompoc. We specialize in design, drafting, land use planning, construction, permit expediting, and remodels in both the residential and commercial markets. We are reliable, competitive, and professional. The design build model unites the design and construction process so that the client deals with one entity who takes responsibility for the coordination of all aspects of the project from start to finish.
Because the designer and the building contractor are one and the same, all team members are managed by a single entity who takes source responsibility for a single project, pulling together talented, quality team members as needed and streamlining the process as it moves from the design phase to the construction phase and onto final delivery.
